How to get customer service for this campaign.

Hey Gang,
If you have an incorrect item, or a damaged item, or a lost package, or something other issue, it is important for you to be able to get in contact with me and my team.
There are some good ways to go about that, and some ways that are not very effective.
This will take you directly to my customer service team and they can look into your issue and if needed forward your message to my shipping team or anywhere else it needs to go to get resolved
2. Contact me through my website.
This will go to me, and then I will forward it to my customer service team, and then they will handle it from there. Pretty similar to option 1, but there is an extra step of me having to forward it, so not quite as good.
3. Contact Backerkit (the company I used for surveys)
If it has to do with your survey, or changing your address. They have a customer service team to help. If they can't handle it, they will forward your request to my team.
Bad Ways:
1. Messaging or Commenting on Kickstarter
It makes so much sense, You Backed the project on Kickstarter, so you should obviously use kickstarter to contact us... and I do have a team member who is monitoring the kickstarter inbox. But the tools on this platform are much lest robust. It is much more difficult for us to search the inbox, attach pictures/ screen shots, and forward messages to the appropriate teams handling different kinds of problems. Email is better and will allow us to resolve your issue much more promptly.
2. Commenting or messaging on any of my social media platforms.
There is a high volume of activity on these channels and I don't have a team monitoring activity on these platforms. Also very difficult to forward messages to my team, or communicate effectively with customers.
3. Just quietly being upset/ disappointed and not contacting us.
If we messed up. Please do reach out. We want to make it right and try to have everyone end up happy with their order. Also letting us know, may help us discover a mistake we are making that could effect others orders.
I just wanted to make this clear so people aren't feeling anxious about not being able to contact us.

6000 Orders Shipped so far!!!

Things are shipping out!!
Woo!!!
I have been loving seeing all the instagram stories of people getting their stuff.
It's been really cool seeing some review videos and receiving some really nice thank you emails from thoughtful backers. You have no idea how happy that makes me after this gauntlet of design and manufacturing.
The very first order shipped out was to Adeline O.
So thanks Adeline for helping kick things off!
In the beginning the shippers started out with simple orders inside the USA that contained 1 or 2 decks, just to make sure they were working out any kinks as they familiarized themselves with handling the campaign and also while waiting for some custom packaging to arrive for the more complex orders with many types of items.
There was a small issue where a couple boxes of Vivid Kingdoms Decks were incorrectly labeled by the manufacturers with barcodes and UPC's that said "KINGS BLOOD"
This meant that some backers got duplicate Vivid Kingdoms decks when they were supposed to get Kings Blood.
We have been shipping out the correct decks to those backers when they informed us about the mixup. (And they got to keep the extra Vivid Kingdoms decks they were sent too, so hopefully that softens the blow on that mistake)
I have been informed the special edition black decks are about a week out from completion.(estimate)
When those are done literally everything for this campaign will be done! (*phew*)

One last note.
After getting feedback from some backers who got their orders already, I discovered some people are not getting tracking information. I made a bit of a fuss with my shippers and we are working to make sure tracking emails are being sent to backers as each order ships. The tracking information should be going to the email address you submitted on backerkit. It will be coming from the shipping software being used by my fulfillment partners, so the email will not be from backerkit or kickstarter, it will be a separate thing.

First Orders are shipping out Monday!

We have our own section of the warehouse at Launch Fulfillment where they have laid everything out to be packed as quickly and efficiently as possible!
The first orders are going out Monday!!!
I can’t tell you guys how happy I am to see this day finally arrive! 🤩

Processing Orders

Hey Folks
The past few weeks my team has been converting thousands of sku's and orders into the most streamlined and understandable format for the shipping partners and the software being used to process orders.
With how kickstarter uses surveys to ask for things like garments size, color, which deck to be signed and other stuff like that, the skus and items were all over the place.
The team at launch fulfillment and my team have been working back and forth to get a final master list of ever order and every item into a format that is understandable for the people picking and packing the orders.
That master list has been completed and the orders should start going out very soon.

Quick Update on the shipping progress

Hey Gang!
Just a quick update. Since I last checked in early August.
- All orders and addresses have now been locked.
-We have exported all the orders and are in the process of getting 24k orders into Launch Fulfillments System in batches so the system can handle it.
- The truck service getting the cards from Texas to Utah wasn't picking up the cards at the scheduled date for some reason, but after some back and forth, now the cards are on their way to Utah and should be there very soon if not already.
- Launch Fulfillment is getting all the appropriate packing materials to fulfill orders.
- They estimate sending out about 1000 orders a day. But they are hoping to exceed that number by figuring out the most efficient way to send stuff out.
I am soooooo freaking excited to get this stuff shipped out to you guys.
